On some projects we understand that the owner prefers to act as the General Contractor or maybe a General Contractor bidding work does not self perform the carpentry on their projects. Liebhart Construction, Inc. is happy to work as a carpentry sub contractor should this be the case. Our union carpenters and laborers are well trained in their craft and jobsite safety.
